Aujourd’hui, c’est la Chandeleur* en France. Et à la Chandeleur, la tradition est de manger des crêpes. Voici donc une recette pour faire des crêpes pour 4 personnes.

Today, it’s Candlemas in France. And at Candlemas, the tradition is to eat pancakes. Here’s therefore a recipe to make pancakes for 4.

*La fête de la Chandeleur a lieu le 2 février chaque année, 40 jours après Noël. À l’origine, c’est une fête religieuse, mais elle est surtout connue aujourd’hui comme le jour où l’on mange des crêpes

*Candlemas is held on February 2nd each year, 40 days after Christmas. Originally, it is a religious holiday, but it is best known today as the day when we eat pancakes.

  • c. à s. = cuillère à soupe = tablespoon
