Le contrat de licence est également disponible en français.

A Cup of French owns the intellectual property rights on all Resources that can be found on its website and social media and grants Purchasers a license to use such Resources for limited use as described below.

When you purchase an A Cup of French Resource, you are purchasing a license to use this Resource in accordance with the terms of this License Agreement.

All use of any Resources from A Cup of French, regardless of the license is purchased by you, transferred to you, purchased for you as a gift or on your behalf by a third party, or if it is a free Resource, is subject to this License Agreement.

By purchasing or using a Resource from A Cup of French, you agree to comply with the terms of this License Agreement.

The License may only be assigned to a single specific individual user, hereafter referred to as Assignee, for that Assignee’s use.

A Cup of French grants the Purchaser, for the use by one Assignee, a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the Resource for the purposes and under the conditions described below.

Once an Assignee has been designated, the license cannot be used by any other person.

However you can purchase additional licenses as needed.

You can for example purchase a License for yourself, on behalf of another person or as a gift for another person.

In such cases, a single transfer of the Resource to the intended recipient Assignee is permitted.

You may not reallocate a License from one Assignee to another or share the Resource with additional users unless you purchase additional licenses for each additional user.

As the Assignee of a License, you can use the Resource for personal, educational and instructional use only. This means you can use Resources for your own personal purposes or to teach your students.

You can print and make copies of downloadable Resources as necessary for Personal Use. Copies may be made and provided to your students, classroom aides, and substitute teachers as necessary.

You may NOT use the Resource, in part or in whole, for commercial purposes. This means you can’t sell it, use it for advertising or marketing purposes, or use it in any other way in connection with a business or profit making activity.

You may NOT post or otherwise make the Resource available on any website or social media.

You may NOT share, send, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Resource to someone else, even for their own Personal Use.

You need to purchase an additional license for each additional person/educator using the Resource. Each License is for use by one specific person/educator only.

Neither free nor purchased resource grants a transfer of copyrights.

All resources remain the property of A Cup of French.

Resources cannot be edited, altered, removed, cropped, copied or transformed in any way.

Failure to comply constitutes a violation of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will be reported.
